Deep blue/purple skin like the All-Blue, but the flesh is snowy white. An excellent choice for using in soups because it doesn’t dissolve into bits. Tubers size up well early in the season—good for new potatoes. High yielding with few cull tubers. Bred in Fredericton, 1969.
