A beauty of a JA from a Soviet breeding program for compact tuber set and smooth tubers.  Very pretty rose/purple skin and white flesh.  Large tubers, and high yielding.  Most vigorous variety in our production plots with great height and earliest flowers.

I was very lucky to get a little of each variety of Jerusalem Artichoke that you offer. I am happy with all the varieties, but Skorospelka did absolutely fantastic, with a very high yield. I do like saying Passamaquoddy Potato.
