(Annual. 90 days.)
The origins of the Danish Flag poppy, or “Danebrog,” predate 1888. The white spots at the base of the red frilled petals form a cross in the centre of the blooms, resembling the flag of Danmark. Single blooms on blue-green foliage about 2' high. Seedpods are ideal in dried flower arrangements.
