Standard green cel-ery that produces 20" to 24" high stalks. A good, fresh-munching crop is made easy by blanch-ing the stems: trans-plant seedlings into a 6"-deep trench and fill in with soil as the tops grow up. A crop of deeper green colour is grown simply by transplanting at soil level.

100 jours.  Un céleri vert standard qui produit des tiges d’entre 20 et 24 pouces de longueur.  Une bonne récolte prête à manger tout fraiche est facilitée en blanchissant les tiges : repiquer/transplanter les semis dans une fosse d’une profondeur d’environ 6 pouces et la remplir de sol pendant que les collets poussent.  Une récolte d’un vert plus foncé – d’une valeur nutritive plus élevée et savoureuse – est obtenue tout simplement en repiquant au niveau du sol.
