Ordering Information
- Hope Seeds makes every effort to ensure high quality stock and guarantees the condition of the seed when it leaves our door. If for whatever reason you are not satisfied, contact us for a full refund of the seed in question.
- Submit your order by landmail, fax, e-mail or on-line. No phone orders, please! Call us with questions, concerns and revelations.
- Orders will be mailed within 4 days of receiving payment on a first-come-first-served basis, starting Feb 1st. Exceptions: Potatoes and Jerusalem artichokes backordered till Spring.
- Out-of-stock varieties will be substituted with suitable varieties where possible unless otherwise requested. Check our website for the most current availability status of specific items.
- All orders are sent via Canada Post expedited parcel or lettermail unless otherwise requested; additional charges for alternative shipping apply.
- Pick-up orders are welcome. Pick-up your order at our farm in Belleisle, NS on Wednesday (4 pm - 7 pm) or Thursday (9 am - 5 pm). Please keep in mind this is not a retail location, but rather our inventory and shipping facility (and home!) which is not really geared for window shopping and browsing around. Please place your order minimum 3 days in advance, indicate what day you'll be picking it up and we'll have it ready. A $2 handling fee applies, although all other shipping fees are waived.
- If we make a partial shipment of your order due to a backorder, we will not charge additional shipping when we ship the backorder.
- Hope Seeds applies the following shipping and handling charges to all orders. All shipping is taxable.

All seed orders sent to addresses outside of Canada are subject to an additional shipping surcharge (US = $10.00; Intl = $20.00). No tax is charged on seeds or shipping to addresses outside of Canada.
