2008 Order Form
Well, you've made it! Hopefully you've had a chance to browse
through the website and find many selections for your growing in 2008.
Below you'll find a link to our printable order form in PDF.
We're still working on becoming credit card compatible, so in the
meantime please:
- Print the order form
- Complete the required information including your complete mailing address with postal code!
- Prices are the same for Canadian and US orders
- Add in the appropriate shipping fees, including the shipping surcharge for any seed potatoes, garlic or Jerusalem artichokes
- Add the appropriate tax (NB, NS, NF add 13% HST, all
other provinces 5% GST), but remember that seed potatoes, garlic and
Jerusalem artichokes are non-taxable (add them in after)
- Send with cheque or money order made payable to "Hope Seeds" to:
